Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is being used as a vendor management strategy to gather a general overview of the vendor landscape for the delivery of contracted Personalized Community Care (PCC) throughout Alberta. This preliminary document will gather general information about a vendor’s ability to meet the Ministry of Children and Family Services’ (CFS) need to contract skilled and qualified vendors for the direct service delivery of PCC. This RFI will also permit interested vendors an opportunity to identify PCC service delivery components. This information request is not binding on CFS or responding vendors. Information will be gathered in a formal, structured, and comparable way.
