This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary seeks a qualified general contractor, experienced in large retrofit wastewater treatment projects, to provide Construction Management services for the phased construction of the Fish Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project.
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 97 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/20.
