Description
The Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) is looking to enter into a maintenance and support contract, as well as manage the hosting solution for three (3) of the Town sites. All sites are currently serviced, maintained and hosted through the original website developer. The Town has reached its final contract year with the current web provider for support, maintenance and hosting. The Town’s Community Engagement business centre acts as the chief administrator for updating and maintaining all three (3) sites, with support from the I.T. business centre for technical aspects and internal integration support on an ongoing basis.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/01.
