Description
The main objective of this project is develop a long term maintenance strategy and performance measures to manage housing assets. Elements will include documenting Housing Division maintenance systems and creating enhanced systems to support improved maintenance delivery including Capital Maintenance and Renewal (CMR) projects, developing key performance indicators to assess providers on maintaining assets and CMR project delivery, and developing key performance indicators to assess building condition for maintenance funding.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/15.
