    Description
    The Town of Stony Plain is an urban municipality located west of Edmonton with a population of nearly 18,000 residents comprised of young families, working professionals, artists, entrepreneurs and retirees. Over 900 business provide services to the community, as well as to customers in the region and beyond. The Town plans to replace seventeen (17) multi-function printers (“MFP”) located at eleven (11) within the Tri-Municipal Region and is seeking proposals for a full-service supplier to provide a solution for all machinery, consumable supplies, maintenance, and support services. The Town‘s current agreement for MFP solutions expires in the Fall of 2024. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option for the Town to renew the agreement on an annual basis for up to 3 additional years. The Town does qualify for special pricing/packages for members of Canoe Procurement (formerly RMA Trade), Sourcewell, and Government of Alberta standing offers.
