    Description
    The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: .1 Secure Fence/Exterior Work: .1 The Contractor is required to provide and install a new secure fence around the existing basketball court and adjacent building. This Work must ensure the security and aesthetics of the surrounding area while complying with all relevant safety standards and regulations. .2 Interior Kitchen Renovation: The scope of Work for this part includes the renovation of the interior kitchen and pantry space. The renovation involves the installation of new flooring, countertops, millwork, and a fresh coat of paint. The Contractor must ensure that all materials used meet the specified quality standards and that the work is completed in accordance with the design specifications provided. .3 Phasing: .1 Fencing to take priority and commence in 2024. .4 Provide breakout pricing for the following: .1 Fencing .2 Combined price for Fence and Kitchen Refer to Section 01 11 00 - Summary of Work for a summary of the Project, including requirements pertaining to Contract Time. BASIS OF BID - ALTERNATIVE STIPULATED PRICES .1 Bids shall be on a stipulated price basis for each of two alternatives. .2 The Bid Form requires alternative prices in the form of a separate total stipulated price for each alternative. .3 Refer to Section 01 23 00 for details pertaining to alternatives.

    The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/11.
