T7E 1N9 Proposal Closing Date: 2024-10-31 at 3:00 pm MST 1.0 Invitation Your firm is hereby invited to submit a proposal to design and build one (1) utility tower in 2024. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: YHC-2024-YH20 DESCRIPTION: DESIGN AND BUILD ONE (1) UTILITY COMMUNCATIONS TOWER DATE ISSUED: 2024-10-11 DATE CLOSED: 2024-10-31 CLOSING TIME: 3:00 PM MST INDICATE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE. THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DOES NOT COMMIT THE COUNTY TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PAY ANY COSTS INCURRED IN THE PREPARATION OF A PROPOSAL. The Tower will be designed and built in accordance with the CSA-S37-13, EIA RS-222-E, and Transport Canada TP 382-E standards. The CSA-S37-13 standard applies to structural antennas, towers, antenna-supporting structures, and roof and wall-mounted structures, including their components, such as guys and foundations. It covers the structural design, fabrication and erection of new structures, and the modification of existing structures.

The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/18.
