City of Airdrie - Request for Qualification - Roadworks - Road Rehabilitation Program (Category A)

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Roadworks - Road Rehabilitation Program (Category A) as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). As stated in RFSQ Ref R21-00000000148 - Roadworks - Road Rehabilitation Program (Category A) the City is required to re-open the pre-qualification for Road Rehabilitation annually. This is the third reposting/opening of competition ref R21-0000000148. New suppliers and suppliers who have previously applied but were unsuccessful can now apply as per the directions in this document. If your organization has already been pre-qualified, you are not required to re-submit a response. The City is seeking suitably qualified proponents to provide Road Rehabilitation Program (Category A). The City intends to pre-qualify Applicants submitting under this RFSQ for the time period from January 1st, 2024 to September 30, 2025; however, future interested Contractors may request addition to the Pre-Qualified Contractor List by submitting their applications and qualifications to the City between October 1 and October 31, of each of the years the contract is open. A notice will be posted on Merx and Alberta Purchasing Connection annually between the dates of October 1 and October 31. Only pre-qualified Contractors will be eligible to bid/quote on future work and will be invited directly by the City to submit tenders and/or quotations for future work once identified. Contracts will be awarded on an individual project basis. The City intends to pre-qualify applicants submitting under this RFSQ for an initial term of one (1) year and nine (9) months from January 1st, 2024 to September 30, 2025 with an option to extend for a further two (2) years in one (1) year increments.
