Description
Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) is announcing the award for the purchase of the Garry W. Harris ice plant machine Maintenance to CIMCO Refrigeration. The ice plant machine refrigeration system was designed by CIMCO Refrigeration and all of the ownership rights, title and interest to any intellectual property in the refrigeration system will remain solely with CIMCO Refrigeration and shall be deemed to be the sole and exclusive property of CIMCO Refrigeration.
