This project aims to procure and implement an incident management and notification software solution tailored for emergency and disaster management for the City of Lethbridge
The required software must meet the following specifications:
- The software should integrate smoothly with existing city systems, offering a comprehensive platform for coordinating and managing emergency response activities.
- Key features include resource and personnel tracking, live weather updates, communication capabilities, damage assessment, and robust data management.
- The solution must support all relevant stakeholders with the City administration, including fire, police, emergency management, and other critical response teams, enabling effective
collaboration during emergencies.
- There should be ongoing support offered by the supplier (troubleshooting, etc.)
- Submissions are invited to include any additional features (not listed) but value added to the product that support the City employee in the discharge of their duty.
Contract duration
