Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Medicine Hat (the City) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Integrity Commissioner services (the Deliverables) as set out in this Terms of Reference. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. This contract will have a term of two (2) years with the possibility of extension for additional periods of one (1) year each up to a maximum of three (3) additional years. For clarity, the term of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/20.
