Description
The City is currently using Hitachi SAN storage infrastructure to support its SAN storage needs. The intent of this RFP is to seek an experienced Hitachi authorized reseller to provide Hitachi SAN infrastructure, services and maintenance for the City. The authorized reseller will be responsible to provide: Recurring Hitachi Vantara maintenance and support; On demand Hitachi Vantara equipment; Coordination with OEM for Planned, and recurring services; On demand new Hitachi Vantara software licenses and support; Return Materials Authorization (RMA) of defective equipment. The Proponents must be able to demonstrate they are authorized by Hitachi Vantara for the provision of hardware and software products, and maintenance.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/03.
