Description
The City is looking for a qualified consulting firm to conduct a Resource Planning Model Review. The project objective is to evaluate the City’s resource planning model to assess its effectiveness in aligning human resources with strategic goals, operational requirements, budgetary considerations and City’s bylaws/policies/directives. The assessment will include models in place for the use of permanent and non-permanent employees.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/02.
