    Description
    The Town of Stony Plain is seeking to select and implement a modern, scalable Municipal software solution that will support the following functional business areas: Cash Collection & Receipting, Property Taxes/Names/Addresses, Utility Billing and, Online Customer Self Service. The Town has received notification that the current version of Serenic has a planned retirement date and is now working to finalize plans to migrate the remaining modules from the Serenic platform to a new system by December 31st, 2025. Modules remaining in Serenic that require migration include Taxation, Utilities (Water, Wastewater, Storm & Waste Collection), Accounts Receivable (including invoicing, cash application, and online Citizen Self Service). The selected proponent will be responsible for software configuration, testing, vendor project management, training, support of data conversion / integration, and full system deployment that will meet the performance requirements as agreed upon. The Town’s objective is to establish a long-term relationship with a proponent capable of keeping current with industry trends and best practices.
