This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Clearwater County (the “County”) to prospective wholesale distributors to submit a non-binding proposals for the material procurement of Fibre to the X (“FTTX”) network described in Section C.1 of the Appendix C – Scope of Work
