Description
The Workspace Planning team within the Facility Planning and
Design Section, Infrastructure Planning and Design Branch of the
Integrated Infrastructure Services Department, provide oversight
and support to all furniture related projects at the City of Edmonton.
Projects range in size from single chair purchases, small office
reconfigurations to large capital projects such as new transit garages
and recreation centres. With a building inventory that includes over
900 facilities across the City, there are a wide range of products and
services required. These facilities include downtown offices, yards
and shops, leisure and recreation facilities, community services
offices, park facilities and more.
The standing arrangement will include the supply, delivery,
installation, and warranty of furniture, seating and modular walls for
City facilities.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/03/01.
