Description
The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Opportunity for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required for the supply and delivery of transit bus repair parts for the City on an if, as, and when required basis.
The Goods under the Contract are categorized into two Lots:
Lot A: Stock Items
Lot B: Non Stock Items
Bidders may submit a bid for one or both of the categories listed above. Bidders with at least 70 highest scored items from one or both categories listed above will become a primary Preferred Bidder for their highest scored items. The City may also consider the Bidder with the next highest scored item as a secondary Preferred Bidder.
The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/20.
