The Province is requesting the submission of Proposals for caretaking services for the following buildings/areas within Fish Creek Provincial Park and other Parks within the Kananaskis Region: • Fish Creek Environmental Learning Centre • Fish Creek Visitor Center (Bow Valley Ranch) (Administration Building) • Friends of Fish Creek Administration (Cookhouse) • Fish Creek - Public washroom buildings Ten (10) Two (2) seasonal. • Fish Creek – Three (3) Vault toilets (one seasonal) • Sikome Aquatic Facility Change Houses Buildings – Three (3) seasonal • Sikome Aquatic Facility Beach House • Sikome Aquatic Facility Administration Building • Sikome Aquatic Facility Concession • Glenbow Ranch Environmental Learning Centre • Glenbow Ranch Administration Building • Glenbow Ranch – 3 Vault toilets • Brown Lowery – 1 Vault toilet Refer to RFP document for detailed background information and complete scope of work.

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
