Description
The AER, an agency of the Government of Alberta, is the plan sponsors and administrator for The Senior Employees Pension Plan (SEPP). The current master service agreement for the external audit of the SEPP Fund Financial Statements expires on December 31, 2024. These audit services will be required from April 1, 2025, to ensure compliance with Alberta pension legislation. The AER invites proposals from qualified professional accounting firms with experience in auditing registered pension plans in Alberta. The AER seeks a trusted auditor to ensure compliance, accuracy, and clear communication of complex topics. See Section 7.0 Project Scope and Requirements for further details.

The estimated contract period will be 127 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
