Description
1) This RFP is for suppliers who are pre-qualified under AB-2024-09012 (156-2025 RPQ Construction Management Services - Trades Building) 2) Olds College of Agriculture and Technology invites proponents to submit a proposal to provide construction management services for the facility enhancement of the college’s Trades Building located at 4902 44 AVE, Olds, Alberta (the “Project”), as described in Section 6.3 “CM’s Scope of Work – Pre-Construction Services” and Section 6.4 “CM’s Scope of Work – Construction Services” (collectively, the “Services”).

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 32 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/01/20.
