    Description
    1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary invites proposals from experienced firms to deliver a turnkey solution that includes design, procurement and implementation of a cybersecurity program for Calgary Transit’s (CT) Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity Program (CSP). The firm shall demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to develop the program to strengthen the security posture of the ICS environment and align with The City’s security policy. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. This project anticipates the following Phases and due dates: Phase 1 Program Definition - 2025/6/15, Phase 2 Design - 2025/12/15, Phase 3 Procurement and Implementation - 2029/9/29, and Phase 4 Transition to Operations - 2030/12/29.

    The estimated contract period will be 70 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/03/03.
