Description
This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is available for all interested respondents. The City of Calgary is issuing this Request for Standing Offer for the purpose of retaining up to three (3) firms for steel quality assurance services that include bridge and building steel inspections. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
