Construction of TransCanada Sanitary Trunk (TCST), which is an 8.5km long, 1350 and 1500mm diameter sanitary trunk mainly along TransCanada Hwy extending from Forzani Way NW to east of Bowdale Crescent NW across CPKC Rail.
