Description
The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to establish a short list of up to 4 firms in Project Management discipline to consult on future University projects. This will permit the University to streamline the administrative effort and time required to procure and award work to project management firms involving renovation and/or smaller type projects. Successful proponents in this RFP will be considered and selected for work on individual projects with a construction budget value of up to $1,000,000 and where consulting service fees do not exceed $100,000. NOTE: The U of L will be closed on December 24 and reopen on January 2, 2025. During the holiday season there will be no communication with staff at the U of L.

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/03.
