CLOSING: December 27, 2024 AFSC BUYER: Michelle Yurko Description: Sole source is proposed to Blackcroft Corp. for Professional Consulting Services. This vendor will provide subject matter expertise and continuity to the modernization of AFSC’s technical environment, specifically Salesforce/CRM technologies in relation to the Insurance Platform Replacement project and ancillary initiatives. This vendor has been subcontracted with the primary systems integrator that AFSC engaged to implement Salesforce and will now be transitioning to contracting directly with AFSC. The Goods or Services are specific to: ___ Brand specific requirements ___ No substitution basis ___ Based on proprietary licensing terms and conditions _X_ Technical compatibility/integration with AFSC applications/existing product investment The Contract will commence in January 2025, and end on March 31, 2026, unless terminated earlier. The estimated cost over the term is approximately $477,000 CAD. During the Contract, AFSC: a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.
