The Bow Valley Regional Transit Services Commission, BVRTSC (also referred to as Owner or BVRTSC Transit throughout this document), is inviting experienced and qualified vendors to submit a proposal to supply, ship, provide assistance to a third-party installation contractor and commission a 150-kW minimum DC Fast Charger (DCFC) at the Roam Transit Storage and Training Facility located in Banff, Alberta.
The BVRTSC is a public transportation service operating in Banff, Canmore and in and around Banff National Park. BVRTSC operates both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Battery Electric Buses (BEB). BVRTSC is intending to install a new EVSE to support their existing BEB fleet and new NOVA buses expected to arrive in Q2 of 2025. The existing Facility has two 125kW chargers supplied by Proterra and one 150 kW charger supplied by Power Electronics.

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/02/12.
