InnoTech Alberta is issuing a Request for Bidder Qualifications (RFBQ) for proponents who are interested in pre-qualifying for the construction of a One Tonne per day Co2 Capture plant. The purpose of prequalification is to ensure that the proponents invited to bid are capable of delivering quality and value-specific work to the project requirements.
