    Aero Café services students, staff, faculty and surrounding community, located at SAIT’s Art Smith Aero Centre, 1916 McCall Landing NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 7G4. SAIT’s vision is a vibrant, welcoming café kiosk that offers a diverse and appealing menu of hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch and breaktime. Menu offerings should emphasize quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. SAIT is committed to providing our students, staff and faculty with convenient and high-quality food offerings while fostering a vibrant campus community. SAIT is seeking proposals for extensive services pertaining to the setup and management of a food service café at Art Aero Smith Centre. SAIT is seeking experienced and qualified Supplier(s) which can establish and operate a food service style café located on the Art Smith Aero Centre Campus, that best meets the requirements set out in this RFP. There will be a mandatory Site Visit at the Aero Centre on February 28th, 2025 with a current reserved time of 1:30pm. We encourage all proponents to be creative with their proposals!

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/01.
