Civida is seeking a qualified Supplier to design, supply, and install security systems at two (2) Civida owned residential apartment buildings as follows:
1) Parkdale II located at 8329 113 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, comprising of six (6) storey’s and sixty-six (66) residential units; and
2) Inglewood Manor located at 11424 124 Street, Edmonton, comprising of four (4) storey’s and forty-four (44) residential units.
The work under this RFQ consists of the following key components; access control systems, telephone entry systems, video surveillance systems and everything necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work. The successful Supplier must ensure all work conforms with Civida’s existing security specifications as further described in this RFQ.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/03/31.
