SAIT has received a donation of a luxurious and unique condominium unit at the exclusive La Caille Park Place. The purpose of this generous donation was to provide SAIT the opportunity to benefit from the sale of the unit to support SAIT students and student program needs. The unit located : #1201, 110 7 Street SW Calgary, Alberta T2P 5M9 is in the vibrant Eau Claire community. The luxury condo comes with 2 parking stalls, 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms contained in the spacious 4,728 sq. ft. unit. Kindly review the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) document for photographs and detailed information of the unit and the RFP requirements. SAIT is inviting experience and qualified Proponents in the Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Industry to submit an innovative response related to their proposed solution as it pertains to the most effective way to support SAIT with sale of the property. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select the ideal Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Company to represent SAIT and manage the sales transaction of a donated luxury condo in downtown Calgary. SAIT is seeking a solution to obtain best value in sale of this donated condo to benefit SAIT students and programs. The intent of this RFP is to enable SAIT to select one Supplier that clearly demonstrates they have the commitment, experience, resources, expertise, skills and professionalism required to successfully supply real estate brokerage services in order to complete the Project.
