Description
To find a survey provider offering customizable client surveys tailored to business needs. These surveys will collect the voice of customer experience and satisfaction data. The data must be easy to report and provided on dashboards for ease of review and analysis. The successful proponent must be able to work with our current call centre system and allow APS full customization without up-charges, as surveys change frequently for each client.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
