Description
Aquatera is seeking External Audit Services for its next three fiscal years (beginning December 31, 2025). The scope of work broadly includes all normal services associated with an annual audit including the following: 1. Preparation of an annual audit plan 2. Pre-meeting with management of the Company (virtual or in-person) 3. Interim field work 4. Year end field work 5. Audit opinion 6. Management letter 7. Board reporting The Company does not prepare a detailed Management Discussion & Analysis and does not require the External Auditor’s involvement with its quarterly reporting. The annual audit would need to be completed by mid March of each year

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 40 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/31.
