Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 The construction of the CALGARY - PDD COMPLEX NEEDS RESIDENTIAL BUILD PROJECT. .2 Maintain site security fencing until construction of the new PDD COMPLEX NEEDS RESIDENTIAL BUILD PROJECT begins. .3 The Project is a CaGBC registered LEED-v4.1 BD-C:HC (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Project with the Canada Green Building Council. The goal certification level is Silver at a minimum.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 22 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/12.
