Description
This PQR is issued by the Province in order to establish a Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of providing Purchasers with digitization services. These services may include: 1. Document Preparation; 2. Metadata, Indexing and Referencing; 3. Scanning/Imaging; 4. Image and Metadata Quality Control (QC); 5. Re-scan or Re-image; 6. Quality Assurance; 7. Data Transfer; 8. Retrieval of a Record in any form; 9. Storage; 10. Transportation of Analogue Records; and 11. Creation of a Digitization Procedures Manual.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 47 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/12.
