    Description
The Government of Alberta (GoA) has been participating at the Global Energy Show (GES), formerly the Global Petroleum Show, since the show’s inception in 1968. Through past involvement with GES and collaboration with dmg events, the Province has secured a prime location in the exhibition hall at BMO Centre, Calgary, Alberta, for the upcoming GES from June 10-12, 2025. The booth space may be occupied by multiple Ministries of the Government of Alberta. The Government of Alberta is inviting proposals for the construction of an Alberta Pavilion (booth) at the GES in Calgary in June 2025. The GoA seeks a qualified contractor to manage the coordination, construction, services, and administration of the GoA's participation. The goal is to establish a cohesive image for provincial representation at the Alberta Pavilion, utilizing existing exhibition displays and incorporating any necessary additional display materials. Final booth designs will be subject to review by Alberta Communications and Public Engagement to ensure compliance with Visual Identity Standards (https://www.alberta.ca/governmentidentity- program.aspx).

    Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/05.
