    Description
Parkview Place was built in 1978 and consists of 30 senior self-contained apartments. The existing suite windows had a partial replacement completed in 2008 with vinyl inserts on lower living room windows and full vinyl inserts on the bedroom windows. The common area windows had vinyl inserts on lower middle windows in 2008. The remaining windows are original to the building. The replacement windows do not meet egress requirements. Additionally, there are windows, especially the ones still original to the building, that are starting to fail with leakage and opening/closing concerns. We require replacement of the 30 suite bedroom and living room windows as well as all windows (19) in the common areas to comply with the Alberta Building Code (ABC) for adequate egress from a suite.

    Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/07/21.
