    Description
    This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (the “AGLC”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Services related to Automation Agency of Record as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). In this RFSQ, Automation refers to use of technologies and practices to automate tasks, processes, or workflows to improve efficiency, enhance accuracy, and enable scalability across business operations. This is defined and includes, but is not limited to, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and various software solutions for business process automation. The selected respondents shall provide consulting services to support implementation of Automation on selected solutions as AGLC defines in its roadmap into the future. The selected respondent shall provide comprehensive Automation consulting and implementation services, ensuring that AGLC effectively integrates approved Automation tools and identifies suitable Automation models for various processes, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigations.

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/07/18.
