Description
Bow Valley College has retained Energy Associates Inc. as management consultants to assist in the evaluation of responses and the supplier selection process. The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is for the purchase and supply of a Shaped Block natural gas product to be delivered to the College’s Calgary facilities, located in the Atco Gas delivery zone. Respondents are requested to provide retail supply services for its natural gas accounts, for terms of one, two, three, four, and five years, beginning November 1, 2025. This service must meet the requirements detailed in this document.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/11/01.
