    Description
    The Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") is inviting prospective respondents to submit responses (“Response”) to pre-qualify for eligibility to provide software, product, licensing, and related services (collectively the “Services”). The goal of this Pre-Qualification Request ("PQR") is to create a pool of vendors that have been successful in the PQR process (also known as “Pre-qualified Vendor(s)”) that are capable of providing the Services while meeting strict timelines, competitive pricing, exception client service and satisfaction, and value-added services required by the ASC’s Information Technology (“IT”) department, while ensuring a fair, open and transparent procurement process.

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/12.
