Description
The City of Edmonton invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for Watering Services for Forestry. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. Bidders can access the details of this Opportunity by following the following link below: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/23569193 Intended term of Contract: 1 year, commencing March 2, 2026 and in the City’s sole discretion may extend the term on the same terms and conditions for up to 4 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion. The City may enter into contracts with more than one bidder pursuant to this Sourcing Event. The City’s goal is to contract for up to forty-five (45) single axle water trucks with Operators. The bidder agrees to submit bids only through this SAP Ariba platform and not to submit bids via any other mechanism including, but not limited to, post, courier, fax, e-mail, or orally, unless specifically requested by the City. Bids submitted through means other than the SAP Ariba platform, except as specifically allowed by the City, will not be accepted by the City.
