Medicine Hat College - Request for Proposal - Unit 4 Consulting and Support Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Medicine Hat College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Unit Consulting and Support Services as further described in Appendix C (RFP Particulars) Section A (the “Deliverables”). To contact the College in relation to this RFP, proponents must email RFP Contact. The College will not accept communications by any other means except as specifically stated in this RFP. For the purposes of this invitation, the RFP Contact is: Marty Robinson martyrobinson@mhc.ab.ca The term of this contract will be three (3) years from the date of the award. Prices will be held firm to June 30, 2029. Prior to the expiry of the term and subject to mutual agreement of the College and the successful Proponent(s), this contract may be extended for additional periods of one year each, up to a maximum of two (2) additional years. This may be preceded by a clarification and/or documented adjustment and agreement of unit rates. For clarity, the term of this contract shall not exceed 5 years.
