Objectives: • Provide guidance on prioritizing compliance monitoring and safety oversight. • Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment of AUC-regulated assets (electricity infrastructure only – excluding gas utility pipelines and including wind, solar, hydro, thermal power plants, energy storage and transmission).
