The Athabasca University is inviting proponents to bid on the attached RFP 2026-364. Project Description: The goal of this Project is to select a caterer or caterers for the various events that form part of AU’s 2026 Convocation. The selected caterer will be expected to provide delicious food and create a positive and memorable experience for the convocation participants. Convocation is a ceremony where the chair of the Board of Governors presents AU Learners with their degrees. Convocation is a celebration of the hard work and accomplishments of AU Learners and faculty members, and staff in our home community of Athabasca.
