Arrow Utilities - Invitation to Bid - 3826.02 Biogas Chiller & HVAC Upgrades

Sealed bids marked "ARROW Utilities, 3826.02 – Biogas Chiller & HVAC Upgrades " project will be received through email at: proposals@arrowutilities.ca up to 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, April 9, 2026, as determined conclusively for the purposes of the bid process by the timestamp set on the email by the ARROW server. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that its bid is received at the indicated location, date, and time. The work of this Contract comprises general construction required for the addition of a chiller system to the digester biogas process and upgrade of the HVAC in the digester gas room at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located near Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Contract Documents will be available for download from the Alberta Purchasing Connection website. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time. Any changes to the Bid Documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to Alberta Purchasing Connection website and will form part of the Bid. No amendment of any kind to the tenderer is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum. Upon submitting to this Bid, Bidders will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that have been posted and deemed to have considered the information for inclusion in the tender submitted. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. ARROW Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders or to accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the ARROW Utilities. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety payable to the ARROW Utilities.
