Project Overview: EIPS is seeking proposals from a qualified moving company to support the consolidation of two (2) existing locations into a single destination site. This would be for the relocation of furniture, equipment, and educational materials from existing school locations to a newly constructed school facility, Forest Grove High School in Sherwood Park, AB. The scope also includes a library collection (of approximately 18,000 pre-packed books), musical instruments and physical education equipment. The scope also includes: packing, tagging/labelling, transporting, and delivering assets; handling designated auction items; and providing a detailed project plan outlining timelines, staffing, and logistics.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/03/30.
