Description
Calgary Arts Academy (“CAA”) invites qualified companies to provide proposals to for Student for Student Transportation Services to support our schools across CAA locations. While CAA is currently looking for a provider for current routes, the scope of this RFP includes the option for future expansion. The successful bidder will be designated as the Preferred Vendor from this process and may be awarded additional services for any new routes or CAA sites that become operational. Pricing structures and terms established through this RFP will apply to any future awards under this provision, ensuring consistency, cost efficiency, and streamlined procurement across all CAA locations.

The estimated contract period will be 59 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/08/01.
