This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Clearwater County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit a non-binding proposal for the civil construction of Fiber to Clearwater County Facilities in the Hamlet Caroline. Network described in Section C.1 of Appendix C – Scope of Work.
