Notice is hereby given that the WCB invites qualified Service Providers to participate in a Request for Discussion (RFD) process to collaborate in confirming the requirements, delivery approach, and enabling technology (if applicable), for a modernized external client survey and insights program. Following the discussion process, qualified short-listed Service Providers may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
