Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Outfall Structure Improvements – Outfalls 4B, 7A, 11A, 11B, 11C, and 15A, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Work, to be undertaken in 2026 and 2027 and is generally described as, but not limited to, the following: Schedule A (2026 Work): Outfall 4B improvements Outfall 7A improvements Outfall 15A improvements Tree and vegetation removals as specified and approved by the City of St. Albert Restoration of all hardscapes and softscapes to pre-construction conditions or better as specified Schedule B (2027 Work): Outfall 11A improvements Outfall 11B improvements Outfall 11C improvements Tree and vegetation removals as specified and approved by the City of St. Albert Restoration of all hardscapes and softscapes to pre-construction conditions or better as specified
