Town of Rocky Mountain House - Request for Proposal - 2026 Concrete Repairs

Description
The Town is anticipating removing and replacing numerous sections of concrete walks, curbs, catch basins, letdown and other work throughout town totaling $65,000. The work is to be constructed in accordance with best practices and the Town of Rocky Mountain House Design Guidelines. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and transport of all other dirt, grass, rocks etc. From the construction areas and the material shall also be hauled to the town of Rocky Mountain House dump site. The contractor shall be responsible for the clean-up of each construction site when the work is complete. The cleanup shall be done to the satisfaction of the Town of Rocky Mountain House Project Manager or Operations Manager and shall be left in a condition of cleanliness that matches the rest of the street that surrounds the work area.

The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/25.
